1. Introduction

Nibble Audio Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "Vibemoji", "Chadmoji", "Chibimoji", "us", "we", or "our") operates the Vibemoji, Chadmoji, and Chibimoji mobile applications and websites, AI-powered tools that lets you generate personalised emoji‑style avatars that match your current mood (our "Services").

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, share and safeguard your personal information ("Personal Data") when you interact with the Services, and the choices you have. Some features may be disabled in certain regions to comply with local laws.

2. Personal Data we collect

Personal Data you provide to us

  • Account information: When you create an account we collect your email address, phone number (optional), display name and password (hashed).
  • Photos for avatar generation: If you choose to create an avatar from a reference selfie, we process the image and associated metadata solely for the purpose of generating the avatar. You can delete uploaded images at any time from the in‑app history.
  • Face data: When you submit a selfie to generate an avatar, we process the image solely for that purpose. We do not extract or analyze facial features, geometry, or biometric identifiers. Images are retained only while they are accessible in your history or until your account is deleted. They are processed by our backend infrastructure under strict confidentiality and are not shared with third parties for their own use.
  • Prompts & mood tags: Text prompts, style selections and mood tags you enter to customise your avatar are stored so we can recreate or edit your avatars later.
  • Support communications: If you contact us we collect the content of your message and any contact details you provide.
  • Payment data: Our payment processors collect the data needed to complete your purchase of subscriptions or credit packs (e.g. name, card details, billing address). We receive a tokenised confirmation but never see your full card number.

Information collected automatically

  • Device data: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser type, language settings and approximate location (city‑level).
  • Usage data: Pages viewed, taps, avatar generations, error logs and session duration. We use this to improve stability and plan new features.

Information from third parties

  • Social log‑in providers (e.g. Sign in with Apple or Google) send us the email address and name associated with your social account if you choose to sign up that way.

3. How we use Personal Data

  • Provide and maintain the Services and your account.
  • Generate your avatars via our AI models and store them for you.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions or credit balances.
  • Send administrative messages (e.g. receipts, changes to Terms).
  • Respond to your questions or requests.
  • Improve, debug and secure the Services.
  • Show limited in‑app promotions or offers (no third‑party ads).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

We process Personal Data where necessary to perform our contract with you, where it is in our legitimate interests (for example to improve and protect the Service) provided those interests are not overridden by your rights, where you giveconsent (e.g. optional marketing emails), or to comply withlegal obligations.

5. How we share Personal Data

  • Service providers: Cloud hosting, image‑processing GPUs, analytics and payment processors working under contract and bound by confidentiality.
  • Affiliates: Subsidiaries of Nibble Audio Inc. for product development and support.
  • Legal & safety: Where required to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

6. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location you can access, correct, delete, export your Personal Data, or object to certain processing. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in each message. To exercise any rights, contact us at team@onlywidget.com.

7. International transfers

We store data on servers in the United States. If you are in the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your information when it is transferred.

8. Data retention

We keep Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. You can delete your account (including uploaded images and generated avatars) at any time from the app settings.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, role‑based access controls and regular security audits. No method of transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Vibemoji is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Parents who believe a child has provided Personal Data can contact us for deletion.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you through the app or by email.
